Terms and Conditions of  MOMOS Camping Orrefors AB

Booking

Bookings can be made by email or via the contact form on the website, or in person at reception during opening hours.

By registering or making a booking, the camper makes a binding offer to enter into a camping contract.

This contract only becomes legally binding upon written confirmation of the booking by the campsite for the specified period and for the number of people registered.

There is no entitlement to a specific pitch or a specific area. Requests may be made.

 

Deposit

A deposit must be paid upon booking:

• at least the price of one night’s stay

• for longer stays, 25% of the total price

The deposit must be transferred to the specified account upon receipt of the booking confirmation, stating the name and date of arrival:

The pitch or accommodation is only considered to be firmly booked once the deposit has been received.

If the deposit is not received within the specified time frame, you will receive a reminder. A payment confirmation will not be issued.

The balance is to be paid on arrival.

 

Check-in

Check-in is available between 14:00 and 16:00.

Arrival outside these times is possible by prior arrangement. In this case, please inform us in good time.

If you do not arrive or notify us, we reserve the right to allocate the pitch or accommodation to another guest.

Please note: Reduced opening hours may apply during the low season. Please check our website for current opening and check-in times before your arrival.

 

Check-out

By 12:00.

 

Cancellation

Pitches and cabins:

The date on which the written notice of cancellation is received by MOMOS Camping Orrefors AB determines the cancellation period.

Cancellations can be made after booking, subject to a handling fee of 25% of the total price (minimum charge equivalent to one night’s stay). The following deadlines apply thereafter:

• Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price (minimum value of 1 night’s stay).

• Cancellation 4 to 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental price (minimum value of 1 night’s stay).

• Cancellation 1 to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price (minimum charge equivalent to 2 nights’ accommodation).

• Cancellation 1 week (7 nights) or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total price

In the event of later cancellation or early departure, the full rental price is payable.

We recommend that guests take out travel insurance.

In the event of flight or ferry cancellations, MOMOS Camping Orrefors AB will not cover the costs of alternative flights or ferry crossings, nor will it arrange them. In the event of late cancellation or early departure, the camping guest is obliged to pay the full rental price.

 

 

🐕 Dogs / Pets

We warmly welcome our four-legged guests 🐾

To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times within the campsite.

• A fenced dog area is available where dogs are welcome to run off-leash.

• Please take your dogs for walks outside the campsite.

• In case of any accidents, please clean up after your dog immediately.

Dog owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

🛝 Playground / Children

Our playground is a place for fun, discovery, and enjoyment 😊

Use of the playground is at your own responsibility.

Parents and guardians are kindly asked to supervise their children.

The campsite accepts no liability for accidents, to the extent permitted by law.

We wish all children a wonderful time playing! 🎉

 

Obligation to report defects

 

In the event of any defects, the camper is obliged to report the defect to MOMOS Camping Orrefors AB without delay. If this report is not made, the camper shall have no claims on any legal grounds whatsoever.

The camper is liable for any damage caused to the campsite or its facilities by themselves, their fellow travellers or visitors.

Liability

Staying at the campsite is, in principle, at your own risk.

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damage to life, limb or health if this is caused by intentional or negligent conduct on our part or on the part of our staff.

We are liable for other damage (e.g. damage to property) only if this is caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part.

We accept no liability for damage caused by force majeure, in particular by storms, severe weather, flooding, fire or other natural events.

We accept no liability for the loss, theft or damage to vehicles, caravans, tents or personal belongings, unless such damage is caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Each guest is liable for any damage caused by themselves, their fellow travellers or their visitors.
